Vantaggi

Great facilities, including good cafetaria, sports facilities and state of the art office spaces. Well defined support systems and workplace policies.

Svantaggi

This may be an experience due to my specific team and hopefully, does not allow to the organization as a whole. The management was oblivious to the demands made on our time by the projects they would take up. We were mostly understaffed on our projects and the work almost always required more than 8 hours of effort, with weekends thrown in fairly often. The formal attire made no sense in a coding job, nor did the condescending management.
