- Absolutely bad policies that dont make any sense like Certification, 9.15 etc - Growth is stagnant - Salary is very very less. - No respect for long term employees. Lateral employees get more salary than already existing long term employees. - Lot of politics. Everyone is interested only in numbers. - Policies more important than employees.
