Incredible amount of learning, exposure to many different types of technologies across the entire IT landscape, lots of liberty and responsibility from day 1. Amazing colleagues in terms of human values. Tremendous learning potential from working with the highly talented and ambitious colleagues both in the practice lines and sales. High entrepreneurial acumen and behavior is needed for success. High customer demands and expectations are constantly pushing your boundaries

      Workload and at times chaotic work environment. The latter depends highly on your level of control of the teams you are working and deliverable timeliness and quality. High level of customer centricity sometimes puts your back against the wall to get all the internal processes aligned to ensure billing is not delayed.

      The co workers were nice.

      Low salary Terrible company politics Made fake promises around h1b filing but had to get exceptions and so much follow up and stuff to get it approved. Most managers dont give a s**** about your well being at all and they dont take your side when you are working with clients. If your client is miserable then your life is also miserable. The HR is also useless and incompetent for the most part. You cant even get screens and other equipments for your work. You need to go through ten rounds of some dumb approvals and what not and then even after that its not guaranteed. All the benefits I got were because I had good relations with my manager but this shouldnt be the case. Every employee should be treated equally.
