Very beautiful campus. Best in facilities. Everything depends on your project that your are in, if you are in nice technical project you will have a very bright future. All the employees are friendly and very cooperative, Management is more focused and some times micro-management is done. "Client is God" - is the point that you will always feel because they are the ones who are the decision makers. But there are few managers who are really care about Employees I really appreciate them

Management will not do anything supportive when client is demanding more. You will find Managers like school teachers and asking for lot of things on why what etc. Be careful in selecting project, no idea how Infy allocates project to candidates after the training for freshers, few of them have now lost touch with the real subject and are very confused on their career.
