Great clients, great travel opportunities (if long timer > 3 yrs), great campus and other activity clubs, adapting to market situations very fast, so, stable and very few lay offs as such.

recognition is limited, the appraisal process and promotion process is very skewed, Play with the salary variable part a lot. and can make life miserable with pinching HR policies, media - friendly only (so, go check reports there to know about what's happening inside)
