Good for a beginner role and flexible with location changes since they have clients everywhere in US. Does H1B application for new hires in US.

* Promotion never happens even with good performance ratings for multiple years. * Manager politics. They are being told to not consider employees decisions and interests when picking project positions. So not good for career growth. * Zero bonus or stock benefits * Salary is very low when compared to other tech companies in the area
