So much training paths and if you're near a tech hub you get placed with top companies quickly after the initial training period.

The company is so big that they can't keep track of small mistakes and sometimes there is confusion when using internal tools. It's a learning experience though. If you can code, you can definitely figure out how to move within the internal tracking tools.
