Vantaggi

Market salary, worked from home

Svantaggi

Endless bureaucracy! Goals and reviews are a joke. Advancement discrimination unless you're Indian. Cheapskates will penny pinch on travel and often times I didn't get back the full amount of my expense claims. Often, claims took 30-60 days to process. They don't know how to market products in the US--only consulting services. The clincher--when I found out from my health insurance company that my employer had terminated my health insurance effective my last day with the company and hasn't provided notice over 30 days later. If in the US, prepare to be on early morning and late evening calls. Lack of innovation, leadership and focus. I am so glad to gone from this company. Worst place I've ever worked. Infosys sucks!
