I’ve worked at Infosys less than a year and still have no idea who my manager is. Day to day I’m required to attend trainings for a role that I have over 10 years experience in. No client assignments, no responses from management. No responses from IT on issues. Most of the online trainings have been ripped off from other learning sources and branded as an internal Infosys training system. Majority of the assessments are worded such that there is not a noun or adjective or common vernacular in the questions or responses as if a really bad translator app was used to create them. Highly disappointed. Do not work here.
