Simple interview/onboarding process with basic questions. Extensive training time before sent on assignment. So far management/trainers have been great to work with.

Svantaggi

HR is non-existent with information/followup on anything and everything. Pay is very low, not even close to competitive. Even for entry level. The low barrier for entry means that a lot of bad engineers get in.
