The Pay is fair but other similar employers pay better

One of the worst ran organizations I have ever seen. They discriminate, and are very bias. The company overall is a bad choice. Run as far away as you can. They try to get you in with promises of big bonuses but that’s a lie too. No training provided and management is non existent. They treat their clients poorly and nobody wants to spend money with them. Many clients catch on and move on once projects are over.
