Campus is good, learning opportunities are more, certifications, water and other facilities are good.

Salary never increases and even if given it is hardly 1-3% for every 3 or 4 years. I guess it is most non transparent performance evaluation process in industry every year. You never get 100% variable even if company results are extremely good. Salary will decrease if company results are bad. Managers are damn worst and they never care about our career path. Projects are assigned just based on you are availablity. They don't bother about your skill set or any career aspirations. Just they need billability. They never respond to your queries concerns etc.. This company charges car/bike parking fee on employees. I guess This is the only company collect parking charge in India from its employees. Desktops/laptops are cheap and low configuration and never perform good. Lot of organisation security applications are installed and they take most of the CPU and memory of system and no RAM IS LEFT FOR ACTUAL DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS. just they don't bother about employees and their problems. Only they aim for money saving and earning. Employee is just a dog in their view. HRs just remotes on DMs. They never respond easily unless ticket is raised. No one either HRs or Managers are easily accessible to employees. For each and every information a ticket is required.
