Vantaggi

Honestly, nothing. Maybe just the new office building.

Svantaggi

No salary raises in 4 years, moved from a position to another and from a team to another without taking into consideration what I want, being talked to in the most unprofessional way, being lied to regarding my evaluations and not receiving any bonus with the sole reason that for 2 months from 1 year I had huge health problems with my eyes and because of that I was getting 1-2h late at work. I could have taken medical leave, but I decided to force myself to go to work and give my best, and the recognition I received was to use that against me to not offer any bonus or salary raise. And all this is just the tip of the iceberg. Worst employer I had, by far.
