The company hires consultants on temporary visas as subcontractors while denying them employee rights—a practice known as sham contracting, which is illegal in Australia according Fair Work Act 2009. I have filed a complaint with the Fair Work Ombudsman/Fair Work Commision regarding these practices.

Report it to the Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) and the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). • The on-hire company is a third-party, there will be a fourth-party to engage for the salary payment. How sneaky they are to arrange such a complex employment structure?!

Low salary Terrible company politics Made fake promises around h1b filing but had to get exceptions and so much follow up and stuff to get it approved. Most managers dont give a s**** about your well being at all and they dont take your side when you are working with clients. If your client is miserable then your life is also miserable. The HR is also useless and incompetent for the most part. You cant even get screens and other equipments for your work. You need to go through ten rounds of some dumb approvals and what not and then even after that its not guaranteed. All the benefits I got were because I had good relations with my manager but this shouldnt be the case. Every employee should be treated equally.
