1. Delayed salaries. First they didnt pay us for 2 months. And now they are not clearing the FnF. 2. Ego issues of the leadership. Its either their way or the highway. Everything depends on perception. 3. You attend meetings that dont require your attention and presence and you will be questioned on your availability. 4. The design lead at that point was a fine art graduate who in his mind was a self proclaimed version of Jony Ive. 5. One star rating is also too much for this company. 6. People who do not know how to run a business should do one. Its a loss of their reputation and a spoil of people’s careers.
