Owned by a person. Decision is made by him. Senior management- Favourtism, members are relatives of each other, working with less knowledge, most of managers come from other smaller firms, misguiding the junior, blame games, questionable leadership qualities. Employee's loyalty to a manager is a tool to get assigned to projects or work. Loyalty change then no work or projects. Project management- prefering favourite employee instead of skilled resource. No standard/proper way to approach new project. Documentation is not considered important. Online Meeting with client is considered waste of time. No distinguish line between two people roles and responsibilities.Disrespecting the juniors. HR- Relatives, friends of higher mgmt are hired. Less salary than market. No leaves encashment. HR dont treat every body equally, rules are bend and twisted for favourite, relative employees. Decision is based on emotion instead of logic. Employee is fired without proper explanation. Communication is unclear, moulded twisted just to prove a point. Work culture- Dominated by few people in organization..Favourtism leads to personal conflicts, communication is not open, no transparency, setting up false narrative, gossip, grapevine communication, no room for mistake, gas lighting, unhealthy work boundaries.
