Reading all the reviews, If you read all the reviews there is some truth to all of them. I do certainly hope that the good reviews mean there was a change. I hope so for the benefit of the clients.

Reading the bad and good reviews you can see that this company tends to place all the bad to a few prior employees. They talk about team, but only as far as the good goes. If you do not assimilate into there culture your are not a team player. The definition of team at this company is to "do it the managements way or get out", while that may not be a bad thing, it shows they have a lack of hiring skill to hire those who will fit there desired profile. the Biggest issues: There is a lack of project management at infranet, there is a lack of communication of the project managers to the engineers that do the work. Not all the information is relayed to the engineer and before the process was proposes to the customer a technical review of the project was not done. Processes in projects were promised to a customer that was not technically feasible. When the projects failed or had a hiccup the made because of a promise they made they blamed the tech for the problem. When there were errors made there was never a meeting about those issues or if you will a debrief on the project. So the engineers were not aware until after their issues. What happens is you are told you made a mistake and no matter what you did right or wrong it was wrong regardless, however as long as the company blamed the tech and convinced the customer of said problems, this kept the management clean. There were times when you were treated like a child, talked down to and ostracized in front of others by the management. At least it felt this way to call you out in an attempt to change something you did, but without the explanation on why.
