- Training is inconsistent and often discouraging, with some trainers framing the role as overly difficult, which can negatively impact morale from the start - The workload is unmanageable, with agents expected to handle 50+ claims/inspectors while also supporting backlogged work in other departments and covering for absent team members, making it difficult to succeed on a daily basis - Management presence and support are limited, with leadership often relying on experienced employees to take on informal leadership responsibilities without added title, compensation, or recognition - Lack of oversight has led to uneven accountability, where some employees are frequently unavailable for extended periods, leaving others to absorb their workload and manage incoming calls - Meetings tend to be overly long and inefficient, taking away valuable time that could be spent on completing essential work - Compensation is not competitive with the workload and expectations, leaving many employees feeling significantly underpaid relative to their responsibilities and client demands
