C levels and management are transparent with the whole company and they will tell you directly what they expect from you, congratulate on your wins and help with your struggles.

Great opportunity to work in international markets

Miscommunication internally. The different team managers are not aligned with each other and that affects the teams job. I would not recommend this company, too much stress involved and too much pressure put on you by the managers (not the CEO)
