Every 6 months there is a employee and manager feedback form exchanged so there is transparency between the two. 3. Free lunches and coffee provided by the company. 4. Healthcare/insurance coverage. 5. Great recognition in monthly townhall if you take ownership. 6. Good connectivity via metro.
