Reimbursement package minimal. Bonus minimal with year after year excuses on why it’s minimul even though the UK business is doing so well. Directors do not respect their staff or take on board suggestions/advise. Ruled by the larger group based in France who the UK will hide behind. Lacking in technological advances and falling behind in production practices. No training or employee development unless your face fits. HR being controlled by other directors. Turn over of staff not being looked at in any area.
