GlobalCollect is een leuk, en vooral dynamisch bedrijf. Als je 's ochtends naar je werk gaat kun je niet bedenken hoe je dag eruit gaat zien. En heb je wel een planning - weet dan dat die niet realistisch is. De dynamiek maakt het interessant, en hoef je je geen moment te vervelen. De werknemers zijn vriendelijk en open. Heb je een vraag kun je die aan iedereen stellen.

Een minpunt is dat de organsatie erg aan het veranderen is, waar niet iedereen zich in kan vinden. Dat betekent dat er een aantal mensen zullen vertrekken. Positieve hiervan is dat er ruimte ontstaat voor een nieuwe frisse kijk van buitenaf.
