• Unrealistic targets • Ineffective management • No leadership • Constant harassment of advisors to hit these ridiculous targets • Absolutely no concern for client welfare - none at all. • Unethical, box ticking exercises – e.g.: having to force ESA claimants to attend mandatory appointments, some of whom are very sick and should not be leaving the house, having to do so through fear of benefits being affected. ( ESA advisors are also heavily targeted, most of which end up on the Performance Support Process and either lose their jobs through incompetence of leave through the fear of imminent sacking) • Very high staff turnover, having made mass redundancies they are now recruiting on fix term contracts, that says a lot people!. I wrote a review some time ago, prior to leaving – all of the above was mentioned, as it has been repeatedly by almost all of the 90 something appalling reviews ( FYI you have to rate at least one star – no option for none, so please bare that in mind!) I wanted to post another review to give some hope to the staff still there – there are jobs out there, with the skills and intelligence you all have please don’t stay here any longer and have your confidence and self-esteem chipped away by your managers telling you that you could be doing more to hit their ludicrous targets and KPI’s, it really isn’t worth it. Don’t be afraid to look, apply and leave, there’s another world out there, you deserve better, I promise you that you won’t look back. Just get out.
