I have worked at Ingeus for four years and have developed new skills during each year. Salaries are better than competitors, you get a good benefits package and opportunities to progress are available if you can be flexible (company operates over several regions meaning opportunities come up in different areas depending on the contracts the company wins). I really enjoy working here, and the people are great.

As a public services provider, the company grows/contracts depending on the contracts it wins from government. If they win a contract, there will be expansion and a drive in recruitment. If they do not win a contract, or a contract comes to an end, there will be redundancies. This is probably the cause for a lot of the poor reviews on here. The company is going through a restructure as one of the largest contracts comes to an end, but it is diversifying into other sectors so there will be opportunities. Do not be put off, the company is a good place to work.
