      A variety of opportunities to achieve much job satisfaction. Room to develop if you are driven and creative. Great pay and rewards if you over perform. Access to certified training. Relatable management (mostly).

      Extremely fast paced - Advisors roles have a shelf life - could risk burn out if not supported properly by management. Definitely a job for hard workers and high achievers!

As you probably remember from your time here; we pride ourselves on delivering quality services that achieve fantastic results for our customers and for the people on our programmes. For us, great results mean that more people’s lives have been positively impacted by our services. That means we expect a lot of ourselves and each other.       Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
