      Great teams within the business, I had 2 great managers during my time there and employee benefits were great as was the pay!

      Limited career progression, job is also very much dependent on performance so there is high staff turnover for both new starters not passing the 6 month probationary period as well as other members of staff who have been there longer,

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
