      If i am going to be brutally honest i have to say working on the the quality of support you receive is platinum. The induction process is pretty smooth as well. Lots of information and preparation prior to engaging participants on the program.

      To be honest there are no cons. Your not micromanaged and your treated with the same respect that is expected of you.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
