Making it hard to achieve targets which affects morale Messages cascaded down the chain often meaning lower level management have to deliver bad news and face the backlash from teams. Manager morale is poor. Some managers speak to you like you're nothing Pulled up for 'conduct' if you dare to highlight any real issues A lot of staff are 'managed out'
