      I love the job. It is very rewarding. We have supportive management and a good work-life balance. I work on a great team of dedicated clinical staff, and although we all work remotely we support each other. I get a real sense of achievement and feel valued.

      None really other than constant remote work - more chance for team building as this was difficult over the pandemic. This is now being addressed.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
