      -Poor upper management, causing lack of support and progression -Workload can go over, but still expected to manage this -Lack of understanding around time off and emergencies, this is management dependent so some managers better at this than others.

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
