      Nothing, never join. It will spoil you career and your life. CEO's mentality is very very poor. Operation of this company should closed/ banned immediately in India.

      Everything bad. Full of stupid people including German CEO. Do not consider it is a company. Try any other option, if required sell vegetables but don't join this company. It is really bad luck for them who are still continuing with this company. It's true scene of slavery, not a job. Job security is negetive. Strictly maintaining HIRE & FIRE policy. You can not find this type of company anywhere in India.

      Every organization has pros and cons, but this review does not seem to be true as you have miscommunicated about the company policies, the management and about the employees. We hire top talents from the industry having required technical expertise in their own field of work. This review is degrading and disrespectful for the employees of our company. Hence kindly refrain from providing fake reviews about the company.
