Decent compensation (not the best, but decent considering the little work to contribute) No one bothers if you step into office - good if you have other arrangements outside.

MNC but behaves totally like a small SME shop. First week of work, was shocked to hear the management scolding profanities across the level. They promote staff not based on merits - promotions are not transparent and it seems based on favoritism. A lot of middle-management are long-time staff, who practice double standard and not productive at work -they hold onto information and acts in secrecy, and only to shrug off the responsibility when the issue blows up.
