It’s so big that it feels bureaucratic at times. Lack of training on MD team & marketing teams so you have to do lots of heavy lifting. Reimbursement travel plan for everything accept airfare (tough without a decent savings already). The vendor you support may not be that great, which severely affects your commission. Expect to make a quarter of what’s listed. Benefits are just ok.
