Very Bad Politics and blame game. Very poor management. The quality employees always hide by management. They never assign to a good project. No new technology and no career growth. A lot of redundant work forcefully assign by management. Anytime layoff anyone/the entire team/unit. They closed Kolkata, Durgapur and Pune unite suddenly and lots of employees suffer due to bad decisions. Most of the managers always listen to a few team members whom he likes.
