Ingram has people very good at office politics, Human Resource in Ingram is for sending wishes mails and nothing more, as company is into credit business corruption is high with local managers taking benefits from customers (sharing with RM's) to give extra credit and people coming in between gets brutal treatment with no place for them in the industry, part deduction from salary happens regularly, senior people in Ingram hardly gets transfer or leave the company and these people (local managers + HR + regional managers) have formed a cartel where they recommend their favored candidates for promotion or increment regularly, and unlike other organisations this combo cartel doesnt even bother to think about anyone else above their culled kids. people should seriously think about other options before getting into this mess
