As soon as you start working with local Australian senior leaders in HR, its a downfall. They tend to involve in favouritism, have clearly biased approach when dealing with their own team,low emotional IQ, discourage their team to be involved in their company’s events,no alignment in their own team,lack clear vision for the team and different department managing,incapable people in leadership or managerial positions, toxic culture with extreme politics and encourage tattletale in their own team.extreme pay disparity for people coming from diverse cultures and locals.
