None of the good peoples are in leader roles in IT. Peoples can be very disrespectful and rude Managers will tries to make you look bad so to make them look good. They do not care how many hours you work. If you work 8am to 8pm every day they will want more work. They will not add people to teams that need it and say the teams are bad at their jobs because the dont get work done, even when the teams work 12 - 16 hours every day, even on weekends many weeks. They will retaliate if you complain. I saw one member get fired because he complained to HR about his boss. They were very ugly to him and it was bad. The leadership and managers and directors dont care about their peoples at all.
