Good co-workers but poor management - Recensione dipendente - Designer presso Inhance Digital

Great people, great work environment.

Not really any cons. All the cons were things I could have improved myself.

They always hire the most innocent, kind and pure-hearted people so they're easier to take advantage of. So the coworkers are great people.

Management here is incredibly flawed. They do not appreciate or respect their employees. They're the types of employers to abruptly terminate everyone's health insurance WITHOUT notice, thereby leaving everyone to shell out hundreds of dollars of their own money for months to cover their health coverage. Also, they will read your private messages to other coworkers. I saw an earlier review where someone mentioned Inhance's covid layoffs and Inhance responded to the review denying it. Ok, whether the layoffs were due to Covid or not is up for debate. I can say though that they absolutely laid off a handful of people the day after the office was sent home to begin WFH at the beginning of lockdowns. And I will add that they laid off another handful of people at least a few months later, while Covid was obviously still active. So again, whether the layoffs during this time were "due to Covid", is certainly up for debate.
