Vantaggi
If this is your first job after college, you'll get being looped into a scam out of the way early, and be able to easily detect red flags in the future.
Svantaggi
They're going to tell you that if you work hard you can grow within the company, but that isn't true. Even if you meet the required sales, learn all of the lessons they shove down your throat, attend every team meeting and book club, partake in conference calls, set weekly goals, etc (all of which takes up absolutely all of your time and much of it is unpaid) you will only get promoted at the expense of others. The CEO will play favorites to inspire others to either work harder to make her more money, or to get them to quit faster so she can replace them with someone else. To her it is all a game. She will gossip, she will embarrass you, she will manipulate you. Do not trust her. Going in I thought that I would be successful here because I have a great work ethic, and that any negative review I saw while researching the company beforehand was simply the words of those who couldn't handle the workload. But I was wrong. Though it is strenuous, stressful, and unfair, it isn't the workload that gets you, so much as it is the mind games. The CEO is really good at reading you and will use that against you in any way that she can. She'll keep on on the edge of a promotion just to give it to someone else, she'll send you on a "business trip" that lasts for two weeks with much of the expenses coming out of your own pocket (you are notified of this the day before you are expected to leave), she'll make you work when you are sick, she'll created chaos within the company by telling you that coworkers you spend too much time with are holding you back - the list is never-ending. Ignore all of the positive reviews you see on here or anywhere else, I can guarantee you that the CEO has either written them herself, or has made current employees write them. If you accept this job, there is no 75K and there is not growth within the business. What you will get, is that you will be pushing sales at a table in a Sams Club for minimum wage, no matter what the job title says or what the CEO tells you. Stay away!!
