great if you only speak chinese. about 90% of the staff at San Jose office is from Taiwan or China. small company means upper level management has chance to pay attention to what you're doing. small company means have chance to learn everything.

there is pressure to work longer hours. small company means that the deadlines are tight. also, if not used to chinese culture, can be difficult to adjust to different working attitudes.

They offer you free dinner every work days. The dinner is basically Chinese food in several plates and everybody shares. It is flexible for the time you come to work in the morning. You get good pay if you are not a H1B holder and they want to get you in badly.

The former CEO worked extremely hard. I have not seen anyone in my career working so hard before. However, she respected no body and think she is the main reason that brought the company to success a few years back. Every often you can hear she yelling at someone in the office. This may change now since she is forced to step down now.
