1. Fun and helpful teammates to work with. 2. Get to learn a lot from a few people 3. Throws amazing parties

1. No proper documentation of products, mostly trainings are verbal and hence easy for people to deny later. 2. QA leadership is very pathetic - mostly leads try to offload their responsibilities onto juniors, excessive micromanagement , they fail to provide proper guidance still expect flawless performance from new joiners, often engaged in blame games, No proper appreciation for hard work, Retrospective meetings and excessive criticism for mistakes which makes the environment toxic.
