As we are entering a new level of growth and positive change, I want to address and answer a number of points that have been raised here on Glassdoor. From previous reviews, we can indeed say that yes, you will be under pressure to perform, but that is the media industry today. We also know that Ink will not be conducive to all candidates and we are open to people just being honest with themselves and us about their employment aims and aspirations. We know that not everyone will adapt to, and succeed in a sales environment – but if you are driven to succeed, the opportunities are there for the taking. We are entrepreneurial and we only want for our colleagues to be the same.
