      There is a lot of freedom to express your opinion and make improvements to processes. The management team is almost entirely promoted within, which shows that loyalty/consistency is rewarded. Easily the friendliest work environment I have ever been a part of.

      To share honestly, the flip side of a small business in Willis Texas. If you have a real need for structure and expect to be trained exactly how to do every part of your job, it will be tough. This is not a company to have a "not my job description" attitude.
