Put your dishes in the dishwasher! All kidding aside (ha ha), there really aren't many cons in working here. This is the first job where I feel my opinion and ideas and the opinions/ideas of others are truly valued. Sure, as a growing company, there are growing pains at times. But, management does a pretty great job at addressing those areas and is always striving to make things more efficient and maintain a positive atmosphere.
