A lot of really great people work here and during their tenure they tend to learn a lot while being responsible for many different things. Some people don't like that environment, but it is a proving ground and you will become better for it. Leadership is able to bend and flex at the demands of the market. In the face of tariffs and mass retail changes, leadership was able to pivot in order to stay successful. All across the board, there are extremely motivated and sharp people who work here.

This company is making a break into the mass market and there are some headwinds and challenges that come naturally in that environment. The product lines could use some updating and expansion. Compensation was low, but they've done a better job of bringing it in line with the market.
