In my 5+ years at Inkitt, I’ve had the chance to wear many hats, work on wildly different teams, and be part of some truly cool projects. Hard work really pays off here, and I’ve always felt seen, heard, and respected by leadership. The people are some of the smartest, most driven, and creative I’ve ever worked with. There’s a strong shared sense of purpose - everyone’s moving toward the same big goal - and it makes the work feel meaningful. It’s fast-paced, ambitious, and genuinely fun. We’re creating content for an incredibly passionate user base who absolutely loves what we do, which makes the wins feel even better.

Inkitt moves quick - sometimes faster than the process can keep up. There isn’t always a ton of documentation or structure, and things can get a little chaotic when we’re figuring it out on the fly.
