The team itself is Inkitt's crown jewel. People are generous with their time, always willing to help, and deeply curious about each other’s work. There’s a genuine culture of idea-sharing without ego or the need for credit.

1. The pace can be intense, and priorities shift quickly. It’s definitely an environment that rewards adaptability. I came from a work environment that was super structured so it was a big change for me personally. 2. Leadership is evolving, and like any fast-growing startup, there’s room for improvement in communication and prioritization. I’ve personally seen the team take feedback seriously and make real efforts to get better. Some of the things I read on here from former employees seem outdated compared to what I've experienced.
