Where do I begin! No structures. The hiring processes are very questionable. (People hire friends, family, cousins and even neighbours) The policies in place are not up to standard/ are just not regarded especially at the head office. You would thrive here as a yes men than someone that wants to work and make a change. Whistleblowers are punished, so you don't have a venue to speak on malpractices that are going on. The founders are out of touch with what goes on ground, they listen a lot to HR department and management. A really toxic work environment, even line managers punish the staff they supervisors by scoring them poorly in performance reviews, and there is nothing that can be done about that. The salary scale is not the best for the amount of work done to be honest. There is no pension.
