You can try putting up as many good reviews on glassdoor and your marketing department can put up 20 reviews in a day. But that will not change the fact that this company is a bunch of crap. The marketing can keep writing on glassdoor that the ceo is a visionary and this and that, but this will also not change the fact that he is a flickery minded person who has no idea of what to do. And if it would be left on him he will change the company's name 3 times in 10 minutes and blame everyone else for it. Let everyone know that you are a crappy company which fires people on will and does not even pay them properly. Now write as many good review you want after this one to increase your glassdoor average or reply to this review starting with "First of all thank you for your review...." But the fact that you are a disastrous company which leaves its employees dry will never xhange
