This company has policies in place that are NOT neurodivergent friendly. You have 10 minutes to handle complex plumbing calls. You must be perfect, no more than 5 seconds of silence, no longer than 2 minutes of hold time. If you are familiar with the 2 minute hold time rule, then know that the hold time is accumulative. You have to fight with slow systems that are horribly inefficient, and you are held accountable for that. The QA process they have currently adopted ensures it is almost impossible to get a perfect call. Inktel is far more concerned with optics, than actual customer experience. CSR's are held to impossible standards for only 17$ an hour. If you want growth, hope that you get hired in as a supervisor, as they do not promote from within.
